Why when using the support > Email page does the email not get transmitted to all users on my system?
This was due to a change in format within the software where the name of the bulk mailing account was changed within our software. This also caused the password associated with the previously created "bulk" account (if it was created) to be listed in the email.
This issue has now been fixed and all users on the system can successfully be emailed using the support > email page in the GUI.
