Question
If a user on my old server has a top level folder with no messages in it and that folder has a subfolder
with messages in it, autoport seems to only create the subfolder on the new server. The top level folder is not created.
Answer
This has been fixed so that the code now checks that all folders have been created before downloading mail for the user.
