Why doesn't GMS CFX tag start up?

Question

I have installed the custom tag cfx_ntmail on the cold fusion server but when I use it, I always get this error message:

“Failed to initialise NTMail Libraries: 4001 (version 5.06.0014)”

Answer

You need to have Cold Fusion installed on the same machine as GMS, in order that the tag may access the GMSinformation
