Question
When I first log on to the WAP service to check my messages, it always shows that I have 0 (zero) unread messages even though I know I have several.
Answer
There was an issue with the WAP service whereby it was looking in the wrong location to identify the status of messages on initial login. Normal usage of the WAP service was not affected and all messages could be accessed correctly.
This has been corrected and the WAP service now correctly identifies the status on initial login as well as for normal usage.
