Answer
There was an issue with messages that contained a line beginning with the word "begin" being treated as though they had UUE attachments by GMS Anti-Virus.
We have now changed the way we detect UU encoded attachments and the scanning of parts of messages as attachments when they were just plain text no longer happens.
