I use the IP Flexibility options (sometimes referred to as IP Connect options) and the links within my quarantine summary emails point to an old IP address that is no longer associated with my system.
What can I do about this?
Once you start using the IP Flexibility (IPConnect) option you break the connection between your domain and IP addresses. Unfortunately the summary email is using the original IP configured for your domain, rather than the one in the ipconnect file.
The simplest way to resolve this is to go to DomainName > Support > Variables in the tree on the left, then on the right hand side scroll down until you see the IPAddress entry. Highlight it and click on Edit, replace the current entry with the correct IP address for your domain then click on Update.
The next time the summary emails are generated they should use the new IP address.
