Why do ODBC lists not work on Unix installations?

Question

I get the following error when I try and use ODBC lists in GMS Communication Server on my Linux OS:

WWW 14 Jul 2002 23:26:44.700 F 0052 Could not load
/opt/gordano/mail/libodbc.so.
WWW 14 Jul 2002 23:26:44.710 P 0537 Failed to load libodbc.so.
WWW 14 Jul 2002 23:26:44.710 F 0236 Releasing ODBC dll's

Answer

GMS now uses an upgraded MySQL ODBC driver. The reference to libodbc.so
has also been changed to use /usr/lib/libodbc.so

This has altered the way the program was calling the specified file and
ODBC lists do now work in versions after 3052.
