If a message is sent from the professional GLWebMail GUI to an account, replied to using the Mobile webmail GUI and then the resulting message is viewed in the professional GUI again the string
test, test, test, test
becomes converted to
test, test, test, test
Answer
As both the original message and the response were generated in different GLWebMail interfaces there was a misunderstanding on how to correctly read the HTML code resulting in the HTML entities being inserted in the page rather than the commas themselves.
This is now resolved.
