Why can't I access help in GMS?
It seems that if you have no webmail key then the help is unavailable.
If you attempt to access any of the help sections from the logon screen, this just opens a new logon screen – no help is accessible.
If you logon successfully then the help does seem to appear OK, but the menu bar is actually broken and no help is accessible.
This was related to the permissions set for the menu in GMS.
This has now been fixed and the help files in GMS are fully available with or without a GMS Webmail key.
