Question

If I enable GMS Anti-Virus and set the actions at both System and Domain level to

  1. Return the email with a message (VIRUS FOUND)

    AND

  2. Disinfect Message (with GMS Anti-Virus)

    AND

  3. Alert the postmaster if a virus found

If I then send a message with three eicar virus attachments from imaptester1 to imaptester1 I get a message back with three attachments but one has no Content-Type clause. This causes it not to be displayed in both Outlook Express and GMS Webmail.

One attachment always has the above problem irrespective of the number of attachments.

Answer

We have corrected the creation of the message headers so that this no longer happens.
