Answer
An instance was found of a particular message by-passing the attachment extension checks in GMS Anti-Spam. The extension was not being spotted because of broken MIME info.
The problem occurred in messages where the continuation line did not begin with white space. This is an incorrect format and in violation of the RFCs. GMS Anti-Spam has now been updated to handle this type of message and attachments are now correctly rejected.
