When new users are added to GMS Webmail are they automatically added to an address book, and if so which one?
Answer
All new users are automatically added to the local address book, which contains details of all of the users on the system. Once the user has logged on they can change their details by scrolling to their entry in the Local Address Book and double clicking it to open it for editing.
In addition to the local address book, there are also address books at the domain and system level, in addition to users own address books.
Some or all of thse may not appear depending on how the administrator has set the system up.
