What is the transaction report for Instant Messaging within GMS Instant Messenger?

How do I obtain this report? What does the report display?

Answer

Following each Instant Messaging correspondence the transaction thread can be retrieved and viewed.

This report can be obtained via the GLWebMail XT user interface and it will be emailed to the user who has selected this option:

Select:

1. Preferences
2. Instant Messaging
3. Email instant message transactions to me

The transaction report displays the IM interaction in the same format as it appeared during the IM conversation.
