To access the Gordano FTP server, point your FTP client towards: ftp://ftp.gordano.com
This will give you access to the public directory where you will find GMS manuals, utilities and past versions of the software.
Gordano Support will often ask customers with a valid support contract to send their configuration files across via FTP. To gain access to this directory you will need specific login credentials.
