Question
A problem has been identified in build 3461 where under certain conditions, incoming email sizes will be added to a users account size, but not subtracted when a mail is downloaded.
This can result in users mailboxes being listed as over quota, and email being delayed or rejected for these users, even when the actual mailbox is not over the limit.

To prevent this occuring, if you are running build 3461 you should download and apply the hotfixes for your platform for the POP, IMAP and WWW services using the Download links below:
