What are my registered support email addresses
These are three email addresses you can register with the Gordano Support Department when you install any of Gordano’s products. It is important for you to keep these addresses up to date, as any email to support from these addresses will be automatically registered on your customer record and will help the support department to swiftly deal with your questions. Any responses sent back to you from support will automatically be copied to all three addresses.
If you believe that the email addresses associated with your Gordano support record are incorrect please log into the software administration interface and go to the Support > Support Info page. Enter the email addresses that should be associated with your support record and click on the Update button.
The updated addresses will then be emailed off to Gordano Limited and your support record updated automatically.
