Is there is a way to edit the From field in List Manager messages – It now says "GMS Communication Server". That heading isn’t very enlightening for new users. Can it be edited?
Answer
The Name portion of the From field can easily be changed to what ever you would like it to contain. Go to the List > Edit page, select the List Control Account that you would like to amend the From field for and enter the information that you would like to be used in the "Full Name" text area.
Any further messages sent out by the List Control Account will now contain the text entered under "Full Name" as the actual name of the sender. The email address the message comes from will not be changed.
