Is it possible for an admin to have a look at the personalities of a user, their address books, aliases, or at the external mail server pickup setup?

Answer

Yes.

This new ‘Report’ tab allows an administrator to easily see a users details (one that user is selected) such as a full list of aliases, the personalities associates with the account, the various servers pop mail may have been scheduled to be collected from (for Webmail users) and the number and name of mailboxes associated with the account.

To access any of these new reports, select either Personalities, Servers, or Mailboxes and click show.
