Answer
To enable logging of passwords to debug user log on issues, open regedt32.exe and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareInternetShopperMailParameters
Add a new value “LogPasswordInfo” as a REG_DWORD and give it a value of 1.
Stop and restart all of the Gordano services. You will now find that user passwords are logged to the relevant log files.
For security purposes you may want to remove this variable again as soon as the problem is resolved.
