I have existing mail in a local mail store, how can I move this to the server?

I have been using POP to download mail to my client, but I now want that mail to be available in GMS Webmail and from mail clients in other locations, is this possible.

Yes. If you add an IMAP account to your existing mail client profile, you can then "drag and drop" your folders onto the IMAP server. This will then copy the mail onto the server, where it will be available in GMS Webmail and other mail clients using IMAP.
