Answer
This means that the WWW service does not have enough free threads left to process the request.
Go to the GMS Mail > Incoming > Threads tab and increase the value for “WWW & Proxy Sessions”.
If the GMS Mail icon is not being displayed then please go to the System > Settings tab and check the box for “Display GMS Mail icon” and click on Update. This will display the GMS Mail icon in the top of your screen.
