Answer
I have two NIC cards and NT thinks the primary IP address is 10.10.x.x (my internal backup network) instead of my 192.x.x.x
Switch IP’s on the NIC to make the 192.x.x.x the primary to allow all the AOL mail to get sent out. GMS Mail uses the primary IP on the NIC when sending mail externally
The log was showing entries like
17:49:49 F 2099 88 gethostbyname aol.com (0) 17:49:49 F 2124 88 reschedule aol.com to 18:01:49
