How do you invite more than one person to an instant messaging conversation within GMS Webmail

I want to have an instant messaging conversation with more than one person when using GMS Instant Messenger.

Can this be done, and if so, how?

Answer

You can invite more than one person into a instant messaging conversation.

To do this log into the Instant Messaging interface within GMS Webmail, then hold either control or shift and then click on the individuals you want to invite. Once they have been selected, release shift or control and then click on the pen icon to start a conversation.
