Answer
GMS Communication Server allows more than one moderator to control messages which are posted out to a list. This option can work in two ways:
- Round robin (default). This causes the moderation request to be sent to each moderator in sequence.
- All moderators. This option causes the moderation request to be sent to all moderators.
Any moderator may reply to the message in order to cause the message to be posted.
If a moderator wishes to REMOVE a message from the moderation queue, they can reply to a moderation request but change the destination to "-postdeny" rather than "-post".
The default moderation mode is "Round robin" which causes each request to go to the next moderator in the list. To change this, go to the "Moderator’s" page in GMS Communication Server and select "Send Moderator message to all moderators".
