How do I generate a copy of setup.txt or recovery file?

There are two methods of generating a copy of setup.txt

1. Open a command prompt and change to the gordanobin directory, type "mail -y" and press Enter. A copy of setup.txt will be written to the above directory.
   Please note – From Build 3365 onwards, the "mail -y" option will also include database and profile files. Specify "mail -yA" to further include user files.
2. To generate a copy from the Configuration Interface change to the Security > System Recovery page, select the "Save Now" option, select the "Copy to directory" option, fill in the complete path to the directory and click on Update.
   Note: If generating setup.txt for support please do not select the "Include Files" option unless requested to do so.
