I logged on this morning and was told another administrator was also logged in. I would like to see who is logged on and from which IP address.
Answer
We have enhanced the functionality of the Who page under Security to provide the IP address of users connected to the server.
You now get a report which lists not only who is connected but from which IP address and to which port. This can also help if you are about to shut down a service for any reason and would like to first ensure no one is using it or if you are checking for unauthorized connections.
You can restrict access to GMS web interface from the security section. Access to the WWW Configuration Server can be restricted by IP address. If no IP addresses are listed the server can be accessed from any IP address.
Access to the GMS Webmail Server can be restricted by IP address. If no IP addresses are listed the server can be accessed from any IP address.
