How can you change your display name in Instant Messaging on GMS Webmail?

I am using Instant Messaging in GMS Webmail, and I would like to change my name that appears on screen.

How do I do this?

Answer

In GMS Webmail, select the address book option on the left hand side of the screen. A sub menu will appear and select Local Addresses. Double click on your name, which appears in a window on the right hand side of the screen and a box will appear. In the box one of the fields is called display name. Simply amend this name, click ok and log back on to GMS Instant Messenger.
