Yes. The new version has had the Javascript streamlined for greater efficiency.
This enables the listing of entries to go much faster. When you are using the calendar functionality, you can highlight an entry in the list by clicking on it with the mouse. This action will display the details of that entry in the lower pane on the right of the screen quite quickly. The grey bar in the middle will contain summary details of that entry including Summary, Start time and end time.
With the new javascript streamlining, this is served up to your browser at least 30% faster than before.
