All our products support quotas and limits. For example you can set the account size, maximum inbox size, maximum number of folders, maximum inbound and/or outbound message size on a per user, per domain and global basis.
In version 7, limits can be defined on in a profile and the profile applied to sets of users. For example, you can define a profile for the sales group, profile for support group and a special profile for management. Typically, management would have a larger account size and different access rights to the system.
