I have GMS Webmail and lately I’ve been getting unwanted emails from an individual. Since they always change the screen name but not the email address, I want to block just that email address.
Answer
To stop a message from anyone, all you need is an entry in the "Block List"
with their email address.
Pre version 3050, the page that allows you to add entries to the "Block List"
address book required a user’s first and last name to be entered even
though these entries were ignored when the "Block List" was employed by GMS Anti-Spam.
To work around this, simply enter the email address and dummy values for
the first and last name.
After version 3050, the first and last name are no longer required. All
that is needed is to enter the email address in the "Block List" to stop
email from unwanted parties.
