System and domain administrators can set the maximum account and mailbox size for any user using profiles. Can the user’s check the size of their account?
Answer
All GMS Webmail users can view the amount of disk space they have left available to them by clicking on the "mail" branch in the tree on the left of the screen in their GMS Webmail client.
This will provide them with details of the total disk space they have used, and also show them which of their folders are taking up the space, both by size and by percentage.
Usrs can also empty any unwanted folders by highlighting that folder and clicking on the Empty button.
