Can rejected messages be saved and approved later?

Answer

Yes. The administrator can opt to save any messages rejected due to the content checking features of GMS to a special Quarantine folder. These messages could have been rejected due to the fact they contained a virus, restricted content, had failed one of the numerous Message Quality checks and so on.

The administrator can review these Quarantine folders on a regular basis and elect to either allow a message through, delete it or forward it to another users account.
