Question
In the GUI under Admin > GMS Anti-Spam > Connect > Local Clients, I can set a list of IP addresses that are allowed to send mail using the address of the chosen domain. That way, if a message is received from an IP address other than those listed and my domain is used in the MAIL clause, the message will be refused according to the options selected on this page. The only problem is I need this option to update the IP list for authenticated users as some of my users are on dynamic IPs. Is this possible?
Answer
Yes.
We have added the ability to check the Allowed Sender IP list against authenticated dynamic IPs thus allowing you to restrict who can appear to be from your domain when using your mail server.
