Gordano have teamed up with eAgency a reputable third party provider to offer our customers wireless synchronization of their Contacts, Calendar events and Tasks (PIM).
Answer
To benefit from the new Nice Office service, users will need to be running Microsoft Outlook as their mail client. Any changes made in the mail client will be automatically updated to the mobile device and vice versa.
iPhone users should refer to Q4630
E-mail is not synchronized back to the server using Nice Office. To take advantage of e-mail synchronization, both your mobile device and e-mail server will need to support IMAP IDLE (push e-mail). This is covered in more detail in knowledge base article Q3491.
Customers of Gordano that use GMS in a Blackberry Internet Service configuration can also benefit from the new Nice Office offering.
Support for Nice Office is provided directly by eAgency and not Gordano Support.
