Yes.
GMS Webmail will operate on both Windows, Linux and Unix platforms. The only different to the administrator is the installation process. Once installation is complete all configuration can be done locally or remotely through a standard web browser. In fact, it is not possible to tell which operating system GMS Webmail is operating on after it is installed!
