Answer
Outlook cache’s its auto-complete data in .nk2 files on your hard disk.
If you have been using GMS Collaboration with Outlook and for whatever the reason need to create a new profile or have to move desktop, you will lose this auto-complete data. Perform a file search on your disk for *.nk2 files and you should locate one or multiple instances.
To restore the auto-complete cache you will need to close down Outlook, swap in the old .nk2 file(s) to a similar location on the new system and restart Outlook.
Note: Although this has worked sucessfully in-house, Gordano cannot guarantee this will work in your enviroment so please take precautions. Alternatively seek assistance from Microsoft support or search the Internet for information on .nk2 files.
