Why is the restricted word matched not logged to the Sl log?

There was an issue with builds prior to 3136 not reporting the matched word in the SL log file if the system was running VSM in conjunction with a third party virus scanner. They were correctly entered if GMS Anti-Virus was being used.

This has been fixed and any messages rejected due to restricted word checks now have the words matched clearly logged to the SL log file.
