Question
The majority of the time I click on the "No entry" icon in GMS Webmail to add users to my block list they are not added. I am using Netscape 4.7 on a MAC. Why is this?
Answer
When the user clicks on the button within Netscape 4.6 or 4.7 then nothing is sent from the browser to the server. As the server does not receive anything there is nothing that it can do.
This is an issue with Netscape 4.6 and 4.7 running on the MAC operating system.
