Why can't my NT Sam users view their attachments?

Question

I have a number of NT Sam users for whom I have specified a Home Directory. When accessing GMS Webmail they can send attachments and can see when they receive attachments however they cannot view these received attachments.

Answer

This was caused by an error in the information passed when a user had a home directory specified. If the user had a home directory specified in the SAM, the filename was not being correctly appended to the path, thus causing the attachment to not be found.

This has now been fixed and NT Sam users with home directories specified should now be able to view any attachments they receive.
