Why is the number of pages indicated for a message viewed via WAP incorrect?

Question

When looking at the list of messages the number in brackets at the start of the message indicates how many pages are required to display that message.

I have a message that I know to be one page in length but the interface tells me it is in fact two pages long.

Also when viewing the message itself it still displays that it is two pages in length but the second page contains no content.

Answer

The size of the message was being incorrectly calculated. The size is used to calculate the number of pages required to display the message.

The size calculation has been corrected and therefore the correct number of pages are now displayed.
