Is there any way an administrator could edit other user’s entries in the local addresses address book. I want to be
able to add people’s full names etc for them. Is there a reason this is not possible?
Answer
The Local Addresses address book contains the email address of each user in a particular domain. A user’s email address is added to this book automatically but their personal details are not added.
Only the person who owns the entry may edit it and add their details. It is specifically set this way for security reasons. A user may not want his full details in it.
