Question
One of the options under Profiles > Access is "Allow this account to access Email using WWW". What does this mean?
Answer
This lets a user read email using the simple, plain mail interface included in NTMail. This plain interface does not understand mime and can not handle attachments.
If GLWebMail is installed and the user has GLWebMail access, he will automatically be presented with the GLWebMail interface (instead of the plain NTMail web interface).
