Question
An administrator of a remote server also running GMS Mail has contacted me to say he is unable to send mail to my server.
Answer
The most likely reason for this is that we do not have any record of the licence being used on the remote server having been issued to the people running that server. Due to problems with pirated copies of GMS Mail being used on the Internet we have found it necessary to put some key checking code into the SMTP service to disable the receipt of mail from those servers. However you will still be able to send mail to them so as to not inconvenience you or your users.
