The WorkgroupShare client setup can sometimes report an error with the system files mfc42.dll, msvcrt.dll and/or msvcrt40.dll. The message is
“Failed to copy the file <filename>. This may be because the file is already installed and is in use. You may still be able to continue the installation by pressing Ignore.”
Abort, Retry, Ignore
This is a known issue. The current workaround is to click Ignore and if susequent problems are experienced then reboot the client computer and shut down any non-essential programs. Then run the client setup once more.
