Answer
A message was sent to GMS Communication Server asking for an email address to be removed. The email address exists on the list but GMS Communication Server has been configured to request a confirmation from the person who requested to leave the list. GMS Communication Server has therefore sent a leave confirmation message to the list member. When the list member responds, the email address may be removed from the list.
In this case, request Undefined asked for Undefined to be removed from the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
