GMS attempted to validate a user logging on but the authentication failed.
In this case, GMS was attempting to authenticate the user Undefined@Undefined which failed with the error code Undefined.
If this user should be able to log on, you will need to check the GMS error code Undefined. If you have a support contract, you could contact Gordano Support for more help.
