What is alert 8310?

Answer

GMS has just received another message from an account that has already had a confirmation message sent to it. Therefore GMS Anti-Spam has simply placed the additional message into the Quarantine folder waiting until the sender’s confirmation message is received. When the sender replies (with the right token) all messages from them will be placed into the user’s InBox.

In this case, the message was sent to the local account Undefined and the sender was Undefined.

This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
