GMS Communication Server or GMS List Server has just processed the outstanding jobs for a list and found that a user who wished to join or leave did not respond to the confirmation request that was sent within the alloted time. Therefore a message was sent to them to let them know that their request was unsuccessful.
In this case, the member Undefined of the list Undefined has been sent an email message and the Join or Leave request has been abandonded, the member has been removed from the list.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
