Answer
GMS attempted to place a message in the outbound delivery queue but failed.
In this case, session Undefined has processed a message from the client/server at the IP Address Undefined. The message is from Undefined (in the domain Undefined) to Undefined (in the domain Undefined). The message could not be placed in the outbound queue due to Undefined (error code #p8#).
