Answer
A remote system has issued an ETRN command to start all mail queues on your server. GMS is confirming that another attempt to deliver any messages stored for external domains will begin immediately. This command is often used by remote mail servers which are not permanently connected to the Internet to start email streaming down to them.
In this case session Undefined was processing a connection from the server/client at Undefined which requested the queues Undefined be started.
This alert confirms that the queues have been restarted. No action is required by you.
